Felted Flat Brim Hat
This is a great beginner felting pattern, all you need to know is the knit and purl stitch, simple increases and decreases and how to knit in the round: all of which can be viewed here. You can knit the hat plain or add a mosaic, either way this hat has an unfloppable brim, unfloppability has become a big issue with me here lately, and can be made for any size head: baby to big folk.
