Stony Hill's Simply Knitted Tote Bag Pattern

Simple Stitch combinations: twisted rib, seed stitch, mock cable, easily mastered by new knitters, will yield this beautifully textured bag. With only a top hem and side sitching, this one piece bage requires very little sewing. You may choose any size yarn and needles that you like, we used double worsted cotton for the bigger bag and worsted cotton for the smaller (see chart). Your handles can be anything from circular bamboo rings, to yarn covered plastic tubing, to a knitted or crocheted strap - it's all up to you!
